YouTube Growth Producer
We are growing our international content presence and are looking for a YouTube Producer who can lead the strategy, production, growth, and distribution of two YouTube channels: Russian-speaking and English-speaking.
We are looking for an experienced YouTube Producer to develop and grow two YouTube channels: RU and EN. This role combines content strategy, guest booking, creator collaborations, team management, analytics, and growth experimentation. You will be responsible not only for producing videos, but also for making the channels grow, improving audience retention, testing formats, building distribution, and connecting YouTube content with the company’s product funnel.
This is a role for someone who understands YouTube as a growth system.
Develop and implement YouTube strategy for RU and EN channels.
Define content categories, formats, content plans, and growth hypotheses.
Find, select, and attract guests for the channels.
Prepare guests and speakers for filming.
Organize collaborations with bloggers and creators in RU and EN markets.
Manage negotiations, cross-promotion, and joint episodes.
Organize content distribution after publication.
Assign tasks to the editing team and control quality and deadlines.
Test formats, thumbnails, titles, and publishing hypotheses.
Analyze views, retention, CTR, applications/leads, and funnel impact.
Manage a team of 4 people.
Connect YouTube content with the company’s product and sales funnel.
2+ years of experience producing and growing YouTube channels.
