Conversation after conversation, we're turning people's reality upside down
MCP COACHING CERTIFICATION
I am writing this letter from the library of my home, which is just north of Toronto. Around me are hundreds of books, which have been my teachers over the years, and next to me is a candle that I have lit since childhood when I write letters or read (although the need for candlelight is no longer necessary). This letter has been on my mind all day. Perhaps, the words you read next will be a turning point for you on your path.

You're here because you're interested in coaching and I want to talk you out of it. Or at least warn you that the entire coaching industry is deceiving you.
From: Misha Saidov (founder of The Institute of Metacognitive Programming and author of the best-selling book "Conversations That Change Lives")
To: Dear Traveler (that's what my teacher and legendary psychologist Irvin Yalom used to call his clients)
when they tell you that coaching is "helping you find your calling, identify your true purpose and accompaniment to them" and also "helping with personal transformation". The deception is that people, who can set goals and go towards them, do not need such coaching, while those who cannot, won’t receive any benefits. When convinced that coaching is about that, you’re doomed to fail because you will be hired by those who are incapable of walking on their own, yet you can’t walk for them.
You're being lied to,
when they say that coaching is an in-demand profession that gives stable and high earnings. I’m sorry, but that’s a lie. Try to think of one profession that you’ve learned, which in less than a couple years, you could, without risking your life, make a good and steady income. Economy rewards deeply and narrowly focused expertise that one acquires over a long period of time or one that no one else has — you will not acquire such a profession on coaching courses in 2−4 months.
You're being lied to,
You're being lied to,
when they blur your eyes with the words "meets international standard" or "accredited by some three or four letters". This creates the illusion of legitimacy and international validation. The truth is, your clients will never ask what three letters accredited your school institution. Today, anyone can call themselves a coach; there are no global standards (nor is there a common definition of coaching), and, for money, organizations and associations are ready to accredit even magicians and hunters for ghosts. These organizations support commercial deception because they too need to live somehow.
You're being lied to,
when they say you don’t need to know more than your client. The truth is, if you don’t understand more about your client, you will quickly be exposed as a fake, and that’s the end of coaching. Day by day, the coach shifts the client’s thinking to his own limits. His continuous professional growth never ends.
And that's not the biggest deception...
is saying that you have to pay to be a coach. I’m sorry, but if you don’t already know how to to build trusting relationships with people and to take a deep interest in them, you are unlikely to be taught this by anyone. Some people are simply not cut out for this work, just as others are not cut out for what you can do. And that’s the sad truth of life. Every job requires a natural aptitude. You’re lucky if you love people and want to work with them. Nature is not stupid: this is probably how it shows you that you have a natural talent, but if you don’t, you are wasting your time thinking about the coaching profession.

Now, about how my company deceives people....
The biggest deception of all
New coaching
PARADIGM
Coaching is not about clarifying goals and leading to achievement.
It’s not a mysterious transformation and highlighting special blind spots.
At the IMCP, we believe that
coaching is a skill transfer
This is how a good coach imparts specific sports skills to their mentee. The only test of the effectiveness of the transferred skills is the answer to the question: did the athlete get what they wanted thanks to these skills? It is the same in coaching. A coach transfers skills to a client, and if the client got what they hired the coach for, then coaching works.
Metacognitive programming imparts skills in emotional regulation and cognitive management. It’s complex and learning it can’t take 3−4 months.
  • we teach how to bring clients to a state of an unstoppable and tranquil mind.
  • we teach how to recognize meta-programs.
  • we teach how to free oneself from them and choose new strategies.
It's not easy, but we're very good at it ourselves.
What is our deception?
The deception is
that, in the first wave, we’re certifying a little more than half the cohort.

Why? Because we’re deceiving you when we talk about coaching as a profession. Coaching is your life every minute. You can’t pretend to be a coach now and then be a regular person the next second. You’re either a coach in everything or in nothing — and it takes a strong intention to do that. Half of the people come just for their own transformation, whilst the rest… become the pride of our profession!
Here’s what’s going to happen with you in the case of success:
  • Radislav

I heard the most flattering things about Misha from fellow professionals I trust, and came to the program

  • Maria

Formations, regressions, many years of therapy, personal growth trainings. And then came the MCP coaching method and it turned out that everything could be much simpler

  • Olga

Thank you for MCP Coaching Certification, for the opportunity to grow as a professional, in income and to feel internally confident in my business through any turbulence. My house stands on a strong foundation

Group Work
Group work is a trademark of our products
Each week of the training program, you meet to practice skills with a mentor-coach in a small group with a unique microcosm — people who become your second family.

Weekly group interaction allows for rapid growth both personally and in terms of peer coaching, working with clients, and promoting one’s practice.
4
A Coaching Internship
for a threefold increase in skill
An option that is changing the industry
50 hours of group supervision where you:
1
bring
"complexity" to the sessions
2
get feedback
from supervisors, see a shortcut to solving the problem
3
act
without fear of harm
4
see
how classmates solve queries on live cases and take away a lot of ideas that can be immediately implemented in your practice
5
Learn to
hypothesize different client behaviors and mistrust of coaching tools
6
Feel
gently guided and clear about how and where to go next
7
Nurture the skill
of observing your session in parallel to leading it (this is something that others acquire in practice over several years)
5
A Supervisor
to look at oneself from the outside, to see failings, misconceptions, and to remind onself of personal values — why am I doing this and how do I want to do it?
of your states in an attempt to realize "why I as a coach fall into the same traps" and to find ways to get out of repetitive scenarios (just like in life).
An opportunity
A reflection
A supervisor is like a personal trainer at the gym,
helping to analyze the processes and results of the work of the coach and the client. Such meetings are:
of the tools you own and the implementation of ones you don't use.
for the next sessions with the client to accelerate and enhance coaching results or to realize that all is well.
An expansion
New ideas and challenges
Mentor-coaches of the IMCP call regular supervisions professional hygiene, or PH, mandatory for all experts in the helping professions. They help you to grow, not to burn out, and to form a directed trajectory of further growth.
6
A Personal Coach
We believe that only those who have experienced knowledge firsthand can help another.
The path through in-person sessions is your professional resume.
That is why a personal coach works with you for 8 months. You live through the experience of reparenting while working with everything that prevents you from moving forward, grow your inner parent, and test the tools on yourself in action.

One of the requirements for admission to European coaching institutes to prove "fitness" for the profession is 60 hours of personal coaching of the applicant.
We provide an opportunity to combine "personal mental hygiene" with core learning.
7
Portfolio
Of an MCP coach
Deep, systematically organized work with the client is becoming the new standard of coaching practice.
MCP coaching portfolio
— Standards of work between coach and client from the first session to support in long-term work

INSIDE:
Listening beyond words
The world is a mirror - it reflects what we think about it. Listening beyond words helps to understand the client's picture of the world and to predict what that picture does to their reality.
What if I told you that in five minutes of conversation you would know more about a person than their best friends, spouse or parents know about them? You would know things that the client is afraid to say, even to themselves.
Seeing Through
This principle teaches living through emotions not for the sake of the process, but for the message at the end
Going to the end
Many hours of practice await you,
Being the product of your product
A coach who has not traveled the path himself has no right to lead a client along it. Being the product of your product of coaching is to earn the profession by example. MCP coaching is not a profession, a role, or a way to make money. It is a way of living. Drawing on a deep philosophy of the human experience, we practice coaching every minute of our lives
The Path to Sincerity
"We are all born naked, everything else is a mental construct." The Path to Sincerity is the cleansing of defenses, compensations and masks. The path when you realize your essence and are no longer afraid.
to master MCP coaching and its principles:
As has been our tradition since the first cohort, we invite legendary students to join us as an employee.
the 4 main criteria for adult learning in today's world
01
It's important for you to know
as the most powerful tool for a mutually enriching coaching experience, proven by the world’s leading communities in the niche of psychotherapy and coaching. We don’t just give people knowledge, we give them a community to proudly be a part of
A living cohort
02
If a theory cannot be applied to life, its value is questionable. We pride ourselves on giving people skills that they can immediately practice under our supervision.
Skills instead of information
03
If you haven't transformed yourself first, you can't be a coach
Being the product of your product
04
Like children, adults learn best when they are accepted, appreciated, and feel very safe. Creating that atmosphere is an art and we have mastered it.
A culture of acceptance and safety
We were able to do that at MCP Coaching Certification

Training in the fundamental principles of psychotherapy and biopsychology so that you:
No more spending years researching complex material about emotions, distortions, and human experience.

Here you have access to an encyclopedia of knowledge and data that you will carry on through your work and life.

In each lesson Misha packs the very essence of things — on the structure of the psyche and cognition — with working through himself and gives the material in an understandable form.
We also show you how to structure your sessions, sell your coaching, and how to lead clients from session to session for 3, 6 or more months.
After the first module you already take on your first client.
All of our certified coaches are skilled at working on the level of thinking, emotion and direct behavior modification. You learn to See Through people, and that’s no exaggeration.
You master and practice the method of reactive transformation
You're exploring the OCEAN
A Psychometric personality analysis determines with 90% accuracy the client's genetic predisposition and acquired behavioral strategies. You learn to uncover the deep essence of any request in a couple of minutes, quickly identify what can qualitatively improve life and help the client's progress based on his nature.
You are trained in the assertive communication model:
Understand how to speak so that your customers and the people around you do what you ask.
  • Your clients will delude themselves into believing that the source of how they feel is outside of them. As long as you continue to believe them, you yourself are lost and cannot help another
  • Emotional processing and emotional self-regulation techniques that you practice within the program allow you to work in situations of strong emotions, when working on a cognitive level may not be helpful
you learn many times faster, while maintaining intensive hands-on practice
Alumni of past cohorts have called this program "the Harvard of coaching."
What others get in a few years of university education,
