The most valuable thing I’ve gained is permission from within to love
Anastasia Shemet
MCP Fundamentals
Anastasia is a light industry sales manager and practising coach who experienced personal and professional transformation through the MCP Fundamentals program.

Anastasia had been following Mikhail Saidov since 2021 when she became a coach herself. She was looking for an alternative to traditional coaching, which did not appeal to her.

Anastasia joined the MCP Fundamentals program to enhance her professional skills, learn new tools, and structure her work.

She also wanted to learn about The Institute of Metacognitive Programming and MCP coaching, and gain personal experience as a coaching client.

"Every coach needs a personal coach," says Anastasia. "By approaching the work from the point-of-view of a client, we develop a deeper understanding of their needs and improve the effectiveness of our work."
Which of the program’s tools have you put into practice and what were the results?
The most pivotal and valuable tool was working with parts. I learned to go deeper into myself. I was also impressed by the work with dissonance and identifying needs.
The MCP Fundamentals tools helped me organise my experience coherently. I now have a better understanding of how to communicate it, and my work with clients is on a completely different level.
What has teaching changed in your life?
At a demo session with Misha Saidov, we worked on meeting prospective partners and developing relationships. Then, I worked with a personal coach and attended a group session. I looked inside myself, identifying my fears, pains, and illusions and accepted them. I gave myself permission to love.

All of this led me to meet my love. My current state of mind is beyond description. I never thought I could feel this way, and thanks to this, I understand myself even better.
Were you able to break even on the cost of the program?
I gained something invaluable — relationships. Financially, I set a personal income record. I had 85 meetings in one month and closed three coaching contracts. I also have a full-time job and a child that I raise on my own. So yes, I have paid off my training.
What changed in your work after completing the program?
I structured my work into a coherent design and added a training block. Now, I don’t just counsel people; I also teach them self-coaching. I’m increasing my income and developing my own product.
I combined my personal experience and transformation with the knowledge I gained in the program and shared this skill with others.
To whom would you recommend the MCP Fundamentals program and why?
Someone who wants to be the product of their product — because that is the foundation of effective coaching. This program teaches you to develop insight into your metaprograms and thinking and become more competent.
You have to go through your own transformation before passing that skill on to others.
