MCP Coaching Certification gave life the meaning

MCP Certification
I had lost nine years ago and had no way of finding
I didn’t just gain knowledge: MCP coaching became my way of life.
What did you do professionally before MCP Coaching Certification? What brought you to the program?
The road to MCP Coaching Certification has been a long one.

I was in finance. I worked for the Big Four companies and was head of the finance department in an international bank. For 11 years, I had a very good career.

But at some point, burnout set in. I lost my sense of purpose. I started thinking, "What am I doing? Who needs this?" The main problem was that I couldn’t imagine myself without work. I was a self-made woman used to counting on myself.

I ended up with multiple stomach ulcers. Even the doctors said that it was totally psychosomatic. I had literally eaten myself from the inside out with my worries. When I got out of the hospital, I submitted my letter of resignation with no idea where I was going next.

Then I met my love, started a family, had a son, and had no money problems. But I still wanted to howl at the moon. I knew something was wrong. It lasted almost nine years.
I tried different therapies, worked with psychologists, different modalities, but I didn’t get the results I wanted.
I found out about Misha by chance. I was impressed by the work we were doing together and fell in love with the students and coaches, with their glowing faces and happy eyes. I thought, "My God, who are these people?" I wanted to be a part of this big community.
Were there fears or doubts before entering the program?
I had no psychological education. I thought, what if someone confides in me and I do something wrong? It was scary at first.

But it turned out to be an asset because I was in the position of a student, taking everything in with a blank slate.
What goals did you set at the start of your studying?
I thought that coaching would strengthen my expertise and my work with people. I’ve noticed that I often get stuck when working with the head. A person may have everything they need to succeed but doesn’t apply it and take action.
I was also won over by Misha’s idea of being the product of your product.
How did your coaching practice come together?
I took on my first client in the first month of training.
Before I even finished MCP Coaching Certification, I had already paid it off. Working with coaching clients paid for the training.

Right now I work one-on-one with clients but I’m also considering preparing a group format. All the clients are entrepreneurs. I don’t go in search of them, they come through word of mouth.
What changes have you experienced during the course of your studies?
MCP coaching has become a part of my life. You start thinking and feeling differently. My main issue was resolved: working through my feelings of meaninglessness and loss.

This is a big breakthrough for me because I am an eternal student. I study — great — then I put the knowledge on the shelf.

But with MCP coaching, I don’t just "know" it — I’ve made it a way of life.

Our endless practices and work divided my life into before and after. I am very grateful that I allowed myself to have this experience.

MCP Coaching Certification filled my life with the meaning I lost nine years ago and could not find. Even my relationships with my child, husband, friends, parents, and clients have changed. This was a pleasant bonus.
To whom would you recommend MCP Coaching Certification?
I would recommend it to everyone.

Even if someone loves their job and has no intention of changing it, they still can’t fully appreciate the range of colours of the profession until after they discover new things about themselves. This program will help you know yourself and start getting high off life.
MCP Coaching Certification was the start of learning about myself.

Throughout the process, you even forget you’re learning to coach. In group meetings, you want to break down your issues to get to know yourself more deeply.
We receive self-coaching tools that we sharpen, learn by applying them to ourselves, and then bring to others. This is such a cool topic that you just can't keep it to yourself. You want to share it. You think, "How do you not know this? Give me a chance to show it to you, and you'll see how cool it is.”
